Sara has always been honest and trustworthy and is someone whom I have come to rely on for various projects that we have created at Northwest Youth Services. One in particular is facilitating and organizing our book club, Healing Pages. Without the guidance and leadership from Sara, I am not sure that Healing Pages would be as successful as it is. Sara’s facilitation skills shine bright during our gatherings as she has a way of ensuring that all of the participants are contributing while at the same time adding to the conversation with her own perspective. Furthermore, while an employee at Northwest Youth Services, Sara would take on the facilitation of our manager meetings and each time, she would ensure that the space centered collaboration.”
